The art of laying tile is just that - an art and not a science. There will naturally be some amount of variations in both the tile and in the mechanical laying and cutting of the tile. The overall effect is a beautiful, customized look that is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects (as provided by the product manufacturer). The labor on your installation is guaranteed by Tri-State Tile to be free of problems for one year. This means that during that year we will be responsible for:

*the replacing of any loose or cracked tiles
*the repair of cracked grout
*and we guarantee the waterproofing of any shower that   we build and tile

We cannot be responsible for any problems caused by anything other than customary and appropriate use of your tile surfaces. Also, if any movement of your sub straight, after installation, causes a problem with your tile we cannot be held responsible. If there are any problems due to our installation, however, they remain our problems and not yours for the entire year.

In order for us to give you this kind of promise, we don't take any short cuts. This guarantee is provided because we install the proper sub-floor, set the tile with proper setting materials and use first quality tile. This does not give our customers the lowest materials and labor prices, but we feel it does give our customers a high quality tile installation that will remain beautiful for years and years.
